William R. Prebola Jr., M.D.

Dr. William R. Prebola is a partner at Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates and has been with the practice since 1995. Dr. Prebola received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Medical Degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Dr. Prebola’s area of practice includes inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, and independent medical examinations. Dr. Prebola currently holds several appointments including Medical Director of the Transitional Rehab Unit at Heinz Rehab hospital; Utilization Review Chairman at Heinz Rehab Hospital; Associate Medical Director at Heinz Rehab Hospital, and Medical Director at the Center for Advanced Rehabilitation at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Dr. Prebola is also core faculty for resident training for The Wright Center Graduate Medical Education , Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
