About Christopher Isenberg, LMT
Christopher Isenberg earned his BS in Kinesiology from Lock Haven University in 1996. Soon after, Chris began working alongside chiropractors and other doctors designing treatment plans that focused on the individual patient. This included specific work in stabilizing the spine and proper mobility exercises to aid patients in functional movement. After several years of perfecting these techniques, Chris left the clinical side of the industry and became affiliated with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2001. He obtained his Personal Trainer certification with NASM, as well as several other distinct modality certifications focusing on injury rehab, pre- and post-surgery exercise, athlete performance (football, baseball, basketball), muscle activation techniques, and integrated flexibility techniques. After many years focused on training individuals, Chris was motivated to find a way to help people both feel better and move better. He then obtained his Pennsylvania license in massage therapy in 2021 and is now treating patients in both our Scranton and Wilkes-Barre offices alongside our chiropractor to help aid in your recovery. Chris specializes in myofascial release techniques, sports massage, deep tissue massage, and both active and static range of motion techniques.
